In the words of Channel 4 Television: “The UK Songwriting Contest does what it says on the tin! This is a real chance for new songwriters to break into the music business”.

Some of the world’s top musical directors, producers and songwriters are on the UKSC judging panels, and UKSC judge and music producer Stuart Epps (Elton John, Oasis etc) will work with one of this year’s winners as part of the Epps Music Productions stable of songwriters and artists. There will also be personal coaching with the hugely successfull multi platinum songwriter Shelly Peiken, personally signed copies of UKSC judge Richard Niles’ new book The Invisible Artist, plus the fabulous UKSC Mozart Software Awards, song copyright registrations at the SCO, Guild of International Songwriters and Composers memberships, songwriting courses for everyone and so much more. There is something for everyone who enters, not just for the winners. Check out the full details of prizes and the guaranteed gifts just for entering ($100 worth) on the contest website.

When the 2015 results are announced we will publish full details on the contest website. You will be able to see your results and check the exact judges score for each song online and you will also be able to print a Certificate for each song that you entered showing its final position in the contest. There will be Winner, Finalist, Semi Finalist, Commended Entry and Participant Certificates available at that time.

Visit the official contest website at for the entry forms. Use these simple forms to enter your song in a few easy clicks. All songwriters from any country may enter.

If you have any questions please see the Help and Info Page on the contest website – we have covered most things there in detail – or email us.

Best wishes,
