A WADEBRIDGE music studio has been congratulated by North Cornwall MP Dan Rogerson for encouraging new artists. Alive Music Studios is particularly keen to attract original singers and songwriters with fresh material and to promote them under their own record label. Mr Rogerson went to see Paul McNulty, the firms general manager, to see how the studio works and to talk to about the business. Mr McNulty has been involved in music for more than 20 years as singer and songwriter and was responsible for hosting the Open Mic Nights at the Bridge On Wool in Wadebridge. Mr Rogerson said “Alive Music Studios is clearly a gathering point for new talent and its brilliant that we have it right here in North Cornwall”. As I go around the constituency, I meet a great many young people who really want to make it in music”, ”To have this facility on our doorstep, encouraging new artists to make the most of their potential is brilliant. The recording studios have the latest technology and facilities comprising of the live room, a function room and a licensed bar”, ”We are so lucky to have such an industry here in Britain, and I’m delighted Wadebridge is a growing part of it.”[break]
